Wisconsin resident Vasil Kapbardhi's years of lottery loyalty finally paid off! Kapbardhi scratched his way to an enormous $1 million prize on a Super Millions ticket.

"I couldn't believe it!" Kapbardhi told the Wisconsin Lottery. "My wife and I were in disbelief until we claimed the prize at the lottery offices."

A regular player, Kapbardhi enjoys both scratch games and the thrill of Mega Millions, Powerball, and SuperCash!. His winning ticket came from Mega Holiday #6 on 2920 Craig Rd. in Eau Claire.

How to play Super Millions

Super Millions, a $30 instant scratch game, offers exciting ways to win. Match any of your numbers to a super number to win the corresponding prize. Reveal a "2X" symbol and double your winnings. Uncover a "5X" symbol to multiply your prize by five. Hit a "10X" symbol for a tenfold increase. Look for a "$30," "$50," or "$100" symbol in the bonus spots to win that instant prize. The ultimate reward is a cool $1 million.

Double Dose of luck in Eau Claire

March 13th proved to be a lucky day for Eau Claire. Another WI Lottery player claimed a winning $500,000 Maximum Cash Crossword ticket at Mega Holiday #9 on 5511 Hwy 93, just five miles from Kapbardhi's winning location.

How to play Maximum Cash Crossword

Here's your opportunity to win big with Maximum Cash Crossword, a $30 instant scratch game featuring a crossword puzzle, a puzzle multiplier, and four bonus words. Reveal three or more complete words in the puzzle to win the prize shown in the legend. Win even bigger! If you win the puzzle, scratch the puzzle multiplier to reveal a number and multiply your prize by that amount. Find a complete bonus word to win the prize associated with that specific word.

Odds and ends

The odds of winning the top prize in Super Millions are 1 in 160,000, with two top prizes still unclaimed. Your chance of winning the top prize in Maximum Cash Crossword is 1 in 140,000, with two more top prizes waiting to be discovered.

Giving back to the community

The Wisconsin Lottery goes beyond creating winners. It enriches communities across the state by returning 93% of revenue to winners, retailers, and Wisconsin homeowners. Since 1988, the lottery has made significant contributions:

  • Over $19.1 billion in total revenue generated
  • More than $10.8 billion awarded in prizes
  • Over $5.7 billion was directed toward property tax credits for eligible Wisconsin homeowners

Play responsibly, and you could be the next big winner!
