Imagine waking up every day knowing you've won $1,000. That's the reality for one lucky New York Lottery player who purchased a winning CASH4LIFE ticket at Smokes 4 Less on 59 North Plank Rd in Newburgh.

The ticket matched all five winning numbers (05, 07, 12, 34, 60) and the Cash Ball (03) drawn on Thursday, October 10, landing the lucky winner a life-changing $1,000 a day for life prize, with a current cash value of $7 million.

Not only did one player win the grand prize, but four players also won $2,500 each by matching four white balls and the Cash Ball. In total, over 10,000 players won cash prizes ranging from $2 to $500.

Could you be the big winner? Check your tickets! Winning CASH4LIFE tickets expire one year from the draw date.

CASH4LIFE: How to play and win big

Before October 10, the last lucky CASH4LIFE player was in Brewster, New York. They won $1,000 a day for life on August 30. The winning ticket was purchased at the Hess Mart located at 1569 Route 22.

Want to try your luck?

CASH4LIFE offers two jackpot prizes for just $2 a ticket. The top prize, won by the Newburgh player, grants you $1,000 a day for life, while the second prize awards $1,000 a week for life (with a $1 million cash option).

Here's how to play:

  • Choose five numbers from 1 to 60.
  • Pick a Cash Ball number from 1 to 4.
  • Match all six numbers drawn (five white balls + the Cash Ball) to win the top prize.

If you want more ways to win, CASH4LIFE has seven other prize tiers, ranging from $2 to $500. You can also add the DOUBLER feature for an extra $1 per play to potentially double your winnings (excluding the top two prizes).

There are also Play It Again and Multi-Draw options.

Try your winning numbers again with the Play It Again option. Give your ticket to a retailer within 30 days to purchase an identical ticket for the next drawing.

For those who want to set it and forget it, CASH4LIFE offers Multi-Draw. Play up to 28 consecutive draws by marking the desired number on the playslip.

CASH4LIFE tickets are available in nine states: Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. Drawings are held daily at approximately 9:00 p.m. local time.
