The Mega Millions jackpot has been all the hype lately. Even though the $800 million jackpot has been won, there are still plenty of huge jackpots available to win this weekend, depending on the state you live in!

We are taking a look at the five biggest jackpots up for grabs this weekend, plus an additional jackpot that just keeps growing and breaking records in Arkansas!

1 - Powerball - $152 million

Now that the Mega Millions jackpot has been won, Powerball takes center stage. The Powerball jackpot is currently at $152 million for the drawing on Saturday, September 14.

The last Powerball jackpot win came on August 19, which was for $44 million, so this current jackpot run has been going on for ten draws. While the $152 million would be nice to win, it pales in comparison to the biggest Powerball jackpot ever. That title belongs to Edwin Castro of California, who won $2.04 billion in November 2022.

2 - SuperLotto Plus in California - $22 million

Next up is the SuperLotto Plus jackpot from the California Lottery, which is at $22 million for the Saturday, September 14 drawing.

The last SuperLotto Plus jackpot win came on July 20, when a lucky winner hit the $54 million jackpot that night. That means this current jackpot run has been going on for 15 draws.

The biggest SuperLotto Plus jackpot ever for the state of California was $193 million, which was won in 2002. We would need a lot more drawings to get to that amount, but $22 million is still a good prize.

3 - Hoosier Lotto in Indiana - $21.4 million

The Hoosier Lotto from the Indiana Lottery comes in at third with a $21.4 million jackpot available for the Saturday, September 14 drawing.

The last Hoosier Lotto jackpot win came way back on December 2, 2023, so there hasn't been a jackpot winner yet in 2024! That means this current jackpot run has been going on for 80 draws!

Yes, that is a very long jackpot run, but it still isn't the biggest Hoosier Lotto jackpot in the game's history. The biggest jackpot ever was in November 2007, when one lucky player won $54.5 million.

4 - Mega Millions - $20 million

Despite one ticket winning the $800 million jackpot this week, Mega Millions still makes the top five list by resetting to the $20 million starting jackpot for the Friday, September 13 drawing.

This is a new jackpot run for Mega Millions, which has seen the jackpot grow to its largest amount of $1.6 billion in August 2023. That jackpot had one lucky winner from the state of Florida.

5 - Lotto Texas in Texas - $19 million

The final spot goes to Lotto Texas from the Texas Lottery, which has climbed to $19 million for the Saturday, September 14 drawing.

The last Lotto Texas jackpot win came on June 24 for $29 million. That means this current jackpot run has been going on for 34 draws.

For Texans, the largest Lotto Texas jackpot ever was $145 million, which took place on June 19, 2004. One lucky winner from El Paso won that big jackpot.

Honorable mention: LOTTO for Arkansas Lottery - $3.45 million

Yes, the LOTTO jackpot from the Arkansas Lottery is much smaller than the other jackpots mentioned above. However, this is a record jackpot for the game!

The LOTTO jackpot is $3.45 million for the Saturday, September 14 drawing. The last LOTTO win actually came a year ago, on September 13, 2023, when a player won $999,000. That means we have had a full year's worth of drawings without a winner in Arkansas, so they are way overdue for a winner!

Enjoy playing the lottery, and please remember to play responsibly.
