The second-largest jackpot in Hoosier Lotto history has been won

The second-largest jackpot of $44 million has been won from the Hoosier Lottery.

If you’re a Hoosier Lottery player who lives near Speedway, you need to check your lottery tickets. A ticket worth $44 million in the Hoosier Lotto December 6 drawing was purchased at Lucky's Mart located at 5208 W. 10th St. in Speedway. This is the second-largest jackpot in the history of the Hoosier Lottery. The winning numbers are 9, 16, 22, 26, 30, and 37.

Hoosier Lottery Executive Director Sarah M. Taylor has already expressed her congratulations to the lucky winner. She added:"Since its first drawing in 1990, Hoosier Lotto has remained a popular game among our players. It is great to see it was won in the same town known for producing exciting racing wins for the last century."

This is only the fourth time in Hoosier Lotto history that the jackpot has exceeded $40 million. The largest Hoosier Lotto win was on November 7, 2007. The prize was $54.5 million. The last jackpot win was on September 7, 2022. The prize then was $19.5 million.
