2024 is going to be a lucky year for Tar Heel State lottery players because the North Carolina Lottery is offering lots of opportunities to win. Here are some of the highlights of the games and promotions that will be on the lottery menu for the coming year.

New instant-win games every first Tuesday

The first Tuesday of every month in 2024 will see the launch of new scratch-off games. You'll also see some of your old favorites coming back in February. The Multiplier Family of Games will return in February with a new Win It All Doubler feature that will give you an opportunity to double all the prizes on the ticket.

Pick 3 Double Draw returns

Here's an old favorite that is coming back in March, but this time, it will be even more exciting. The new version of Pick 3 will include Fireball. It will be available online and at your local lottery retail store throughout 2024.

Big prize instant-win game

In March, the North Carolina Lottery will release the updated version of the $30X the Cash scratch-off ticket. The game will be called 200X the Cash.

Ultimate Dash spring update

As of April, two second-chance drawings will be offered with the $10 Ultimate Dash instant-win game. These will give players an opportunity to take a ride around the Charlotte Motor Speedway circuit, win cool merchandise, and have a chance at grabbing a $2 million prize.

Digital instants get a boost

Because digital instant games have become so popular with players in the Tar Heel State, the North Carolin Lottery is introducing the first Progressive Jackpot for digital instant games -both the Wheel of Bonuses and the Bison Bonanza digital instant game. These games will also have three different jackpot levels.

More Fast Play games are coming

If you're a fan of Fast Play games, keep an eye out. New ones will be launched throughout the year.

Join North Carolina Lottery's Lucke Rewards

The best way to stay up-to-date about new North Carolina Lottery games, promotions, and winner news is to sign up for a free account. You will have the following benefits:

  • Ticket entry: Enter the barcode on your ticket or the Lucke-Rewards code into your online account or scan them. This will earn you points that you can use later to enter drawings. Online game purchases earn you points automatically.
  • Earn extra points: You can boost your point level by completing other activities like taking a short survey or playing a fun game.
  • Lucke-Rewards drawings: When you have accrued enough points, you can use them to enter Lucke-Rewards drawings. They take place weekly and monthly. Specialty drawings also occasionally take place.
