The 55-year-old from Lady Lake bought his winning scratch-off at Winn-Dixie, located at 820 Old Camp Road in The Villages. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
Andrew traveled to the Florida Lottery's Gainesville District Office to collect his winnings. He chose to take home a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00.
