Domingo Olvera Vega from Sparkman recently nabbed a hot $50,000 prize playing the Arkansas Lottery's $1,000,000 VIP Club instant game. Olvera enjoys playing the lottery every day and loves to play Powerball and Mega Millions when the jackpots are high. On this occasion, he bought a $20 $1,000,000 VIP Club instant game on his lunch break.

Olvera was so excited to play the game that he scratched off the ticket before he returned home. He stopped scratching when he reached the third row, not believing his eyes. He realized that he had won $50,000. He left the final line until he got home, hoping he could win an even bigger prize. Although his prize remained the same, he and his family were still extremely happy about the win. Olvera claimed his winnings at the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery Claim Center on January 22.

In an interview with the Arkansas Lottery, he said:

My wife was so happy too—even if sometimes she tells me not to play.

Olvera purchased the winning ticket from the Sparky Mart located at 504 West Main Street in Sparkman. He plans to save his winnings for his children. Although he has previously won $500, this is his biggest lottery win to date. He's feeling very lucky and intends to keep playing lottery games.

“I'll hit the million one day,” he said.

How to play the $1,000,000 VIP Club instant game

$1,000,000 VIP Club instant is a $20 scratch-off game with a top prize of $1. To date, there are still three $1 million jackpots yet to be won. To play, first scratch off the eight gold crown symbols to reveal the winning numbers. Then scratch off the 25 gold dollar bill symbols to reveal your numbers. If any of your numbers match the winning numbers, you win the prize amount shown by that number. If you reveal a sack of cash symbol, you instantly win the prize shown by that symbol. If you see a $500 symbol, you win $500 instantly. A 10X symbol means you can multiply your prize ten times. Next, scratch off the bonus area. If you reveal a diamond symbol, you win the prize amount shown. If you reveal a gold bar symbol, you win double the amount shown. The prize range for this game is $20, $30, $40, $50, $100, $500, $1,000, $5,000, $10,000, $50,000, and $1 million.
