Customer service is very fast on the Jackpocket site. It’s all through email. Ask a question and get an answer back very quickly, as long as your question is relatively simple. The answers I received were mostly correct, but the tougher they got, the more canned the answers seemed. For most concerns, the tool is just right.

Of the major U.S. websites, Jackpocket has the most lottery games. Jackpot.com is available in more states, but Jackpocket offers more local games within those states. Jackpocket is the only service that accepts PayPal, Venmo, and e-check. Jackpocket is one of the few services that offers scratch-offs.
