Claiming prizes
Here's the process for claiming Oklahoma Lottery prizes.
In-person claims at the Oklahoma Lottery Headquarters for prizes over $600 require a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of Social Security number.
To claim prizes by email, you must send images of the front and back of the ticket. Complete all fields on the back of the ticket and include a signature. For scratcher tickets, make sure the 12-digit VIRN located on the front of the ticket is scratched and visible. Email all required documents to claims@lottery.ok.gov.
If the prize claimed by email is over $600, you must also provide an image of a completed Oklahoma Lottery Claim Form, an image of a government-issued photo ID, and an image of proof of your Social Security number.
To claim a prize by mail, send the signed winning ticket, a completed claim form, a copy of your ID, and proof of your Social Security number to:
